The show floor is a sea of beautiful motorcycles, incredible paint schemes, lots and lots of glistening chrome and remarkable styling that brings home a sign in the store that says: “WHERE ART MEETS POWER!”

Coming in to BlackWater Choppers is like attending a bike show! General Manager, LARRY KENNELLY, met me at the door and it’s easy to tell how proud he is of this building, the bikes and the crew inside. I mentioned to him that as a kid I would visit the old HOWARD BELMONT Harley-Davidson store on W. 7th Street in Saint Paul in the 50’s. Old brick building, beat up wooden sign, sagging floors, and bikes and parts all over.

That was then… and BlackWater Choppers is definitely NEWER AND NICER THAN...NOW! “We offer our customers a great selection of bikes from American IronHorse, Bourget’s Bike Works, and we recently became one of the few places in America where you can purchase a production custom bike from ARLEN NESS, the Master himself.” Larry said. They also have a selection of used American V-Twin bikes, and I also saw two VERY cool builds from DONNIE SMITH!

“And, here’s something different. WE HAVE PICK UP AND DELIVERY FROM OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT," Larry said. It’s true. Want an oil change or other service? Are you within 40 or so miles? Larry and the crew will actually make arrangements to come to you and pick up your bike and, upon completion of the work you request, they will deliver it BACK TO YOU!

Larry added: “We have a BIG PARTY coming up on May 5th, Our anniversary! All kinds of great merchandise, service and fun things will be happening AND you will be able to meet and talk with ARLEN AND CORY NESS right here at BlackWater Choppers!"

As Larry says, “YOU’VE GOT TO COME TO THIS PLACE… AND ONLY THEN WILL YOU APPRECIATE WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER.” I completely agree, as I have never seen a place with all that BlackWater Choppers has to offer.
